Formed in 2015 and now backed by TowerBrook Capital Partners, the group brings together full-service Italian dining through Zizzi and ASK Italian, quick-service Italian with Coco di Mama, Irish-born fast-casual Mexican favourite Boojum, and the world-famous Nashville-style fried chicken brand Dave's Hot Chicken. With nearly 6,000 people across a growing estate of over 240 restaurants and stores, Azzurri serves more than 15 million meals a year. Memorable experiences, high-quality food, great people and beautifully designed spaces — that's the common thread across every brand in the portfolio.
